2. Karl-Anthony Towns (22.6 PPG, 10.2 RPG, 1.5 BPG)
I would feel a bit more certain about this pick if the Timberwolves were a bit better. That being said, you really can’t deny him an All-Star spot, especially averaging 20/10 per night. He started the year off a bit slow, but has really turned it up over the last few weeks.
In a weaker Western conference, Towns should definitely earn himself a spot. The T-Wolves are probably a year or 2 away from making noise, but that shouldn’t hinder KAT from making the All-Star team in his second NBA season.
