9. Manu Ginobili (19.5 PPG in 2007/08)
Manu put South American basketball on the map. Just ask the flood of latino talent that soon followed him, like Luis Scola, Andres Nocioni, Carlos Delfino. Drafted in the 2nd round of the 1999 draft by the Spurs, Ginobili joined the Spurs a few years later and won a championship in his rookie (the first of 4 championships). Manu even made the All-Star game twice in 2005 and 2011. He’s definitely a hall of famer in my books and a shoe-in to be on this top 10 list.
