1. Ben Wallace (Undrafted in 1996)

The number one spot belongs to Big Ben Wallace. I’ll start off by letting his accomplishments speak for themselves:

– NBA champion
– 4x Defensive player of the year
– 4x All-Star
– 3x All-NBA Second Team
– 2x All-NBA Third Team
– All-Time Pistons leader in blocks
– 5x NBA All-Defensive First Team

Shall I go on? Big Ben was an animal. The heart and soul of the Pistons who shocked the world by upsetting the mighty Lakers in the 2004 NBA Finals. Ben Wallace, like the rest of the members on this list was a journeyman. Wallace played for 2 different colleges before going undrafted in 1996. He played for the Wizards and Magic before finally sticking on the Pistons. Big Ben was without a doubt the best rebounder and post defender during his prime. His energy and passion made him a fan favorite in Detroit.
